BC Education Center

1. Tuition is due one week prior to the beginning of the next quarter. A $15 late charge applies if tuition is not paid by the 15th of the month. There is a $30 service charge for returned checks from bank.
2. No partial quarter payment is accepted, except in the registration month.
3. Tuition is non-refundable regardless of absences or cancellations.
4. Make-up classes may be arranged for excused and emergency absences.
5. Notice of excused absence must be given at least two weeks in advance.
6. Notice of an emergency time change or absence must be given at least 24 hours prior to class.
7. Parents are responsible for contacting the Center to schedule a make-up session within 30 days of an excused or emergency absence. Tuition cannot be refunded nor prorated.
8. Students should arrive 5 minutes early.
9. Students who arrive late will not receive extra time.
10. Students are expected to come to class with materials and assignments from school. In most cases, additional homework will not be assigned.
11. Students are required to bring own notebook and calculator.
12. Please keep Center and surrounding facilities QUIET and CLEAN at all times.
13. Parents should not enter students’ area.
14. BC Education Center is not responsible for the SAFETY of the students outside the Center.
15. Do not allow students to wander outside the Center.
16. Lastly, if you intend to withdraw, we must be notified a minimum of two weeks prior to the disenrollment. Tuition cannot be refunded or transferred. 

We would like to remind all parents that student classes are for one hour. Our insurance policy requires that we do not keep the children longer than our service agreement as we do not have a licensed babysitter on the premises. Also, in order to ensure that all students receive their tutoring, it is required that all students arrive and leave on time. Thank you for your cooperation.
