BC Education Center

1. A $30 non-refundable registration fee is payable on the date of registration.
2. Tuition fee is due one week prior to the beginning of next month or next quarter. A $15 late charge applies if fee is not paid by the 15th of the month.
3. A $30 service charge is payable for returned check from bank.
4. Fee is based on 4 classes per month (12 classes per quarter) per student.
5. Tuition fee is non-refundable regardless of missed classes or partial quarter cancellation. However, make-up class can be arranged within two weeks of the absent day.
6. It is the parents' responsibility to contact the Center to schedule a make-up session within 30 days of an excused absence. Tuition cannot be refunded or prorated.
7. No partial quarter payment is accepted except at registration month.
8. Extra homework is considered extra class.
9. Absent and time change notices must be given at least 24 hours prior to classes.
10. Students not arriving on time or come without notice may not be accommodated.
11. Students are required to bring own pencil, eraser and scratch papers.
12. Please keep Center and surrounding facilities quiet and clean at all times.
13. Do not allow students to wander outside the Center.
14. Parents please do not enter students' area.
15. BC Education Center is not responsible for the safety of the students outside the Center.
16. Lastly, if you intend to withdraw, we must be notified a minimum of two weeks prior to the disenrollment. Tuition cannot be refunded or transfered.

We would like to remind all parents that student classes are for one hour and fifteen minutes per subject. Our insurance policy requires that we do not keep the children longer than our service agreement as we do not have a licensed babysitter on the premises. Also, in order to ensure that all students receive their tutoring, it is required that all students arrive and leave on time. Thank you for your cooperation.
